Our story
Built so no learner is left behind by language
More than half of everyone who sits the UK driving theory test fails on their first attempt. The DVSA's own data puts the figure at 51.19% for the theory test and 52.78% for the practical. A large and underreported part of that failure rate has nothing to do with knowledge of the road — it comes down to language. Non-native English speakers who understand road safety perfectly well struggle with how DVSA questions are phrased in English.
Passpoint was built to solve exactly that. We are the UK's first all-in-one driving theory test preparation app with support for 78 languages — giving every learner the ability to study in the language they know best, translate any question instantly, and build genuine understanding rather than rote memorisation of unfamiliar phrasing.
The problem we solve
When a learner from Punjab, Mumbai, Warsaw, or Lagos sits the UK theory test, they face a challenge that English-speaking learners don't: not only do they need to know UK road rules, they need to parse DVSA question phrasing that is often indirect, uses double negatives, and relies on a specific register of English that can trip up even fluent speakers.
Traditional theory test apps offer no solution to this. Their content is English-only. A non-native speaker has to look up words, re-read questions multiple times, and second-guess answers that they would have got right in their native language. This wastes test fees, extends their journey to a licence, and erodes confidence.
"From Confused to Confident — Just Switch Languages." That is not a marketing line. It is what we heard, repeatedly, from learners who tried Passpoint after failing with English-only apps.

Who we are
Passpoint is a product of Godse TechFx Solutions Limited, a UK-registered technology company based in Poole, Dorset. We also build ShowMe, a remote property viewing platform for international students and overseas renters. Both products share the same mission: using technology to remove barriers that disproportionately affect people navigating systems in a country that is new to them.
Our values
- Accessibility first — Every feature must work for a learner who doesn't speak English as their primary language. If it only works in English, it is not finished.
- Affordable — The Essential plan starts at £6.99 — less than a cup of coffee per revision session. No subscription. No hidden costs. Pay once, pass.
- Honest — We don't promise you will pass. We promise that if you practise with Passpoint, you will understand the questions, and understanding gives you the best possible chance.
- Post-test support — Our Help Centre doesn't disappear after you pass. Getting from theory pass to provisional licence to full licence involves more steps than most people realise, and we help with all of them.
