Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the Passpoint app.

Effective Date: 12 February 2026 · Version 1.1

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Passpoint. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Passpoint mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Godse TechFx Solutions Limited, trading as Passpoint ("we", "us", or "our"). Passpoint is a product of Godse TechFx Solutions Limited.

By downloading, installing, or using the Passpoint app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.

2. Description of Service

Passpoint is a theory test preparation platform designed to help users pass their UK driving theory test with confidence. The Service includes the following core features:

2.1 Theory Test Preparation

2.2 Multilingual Support

Passpoint supports 75+ global languages, including Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, and many others, so you can study and practice in the language you know best. Language support is subject to change; we endeavour to maintain and expand our language catalogue over time.

Voiceover Support: As advertised on our website, Passpoint's Multilingual Support includes a Voiceover feature that uses your device's built-in text-to-speech capability to read content aloud in your chosen language. This feature relies on the text-to-speech functionality provided by your device's operating system. Availability, quality, and language coverage of the voiceover feature may vary depending on your device, operating system version, and the text-to-speech languages installed. We do not guarantee voiceover support for all 75+ languages on all devices.

2.3 Help Centre

Our Help Centre is available to assist you with questions or concerns about your licence journey — from Post Office counters to obtaining your full licence and beyond. Support is accessible even after you have completed your tests. We aim to respond to enquiries promptly, though response times may vary.

2.4 Personalisation

You may add multiple languages to your profile, manage preferences, and customise your test preparation experience. Personalisation features are available to registered users and may depend on your active subscription tier.

3. Subscription & Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Access to Passpoint's full feature set requires an active paid subscription. We currently offer the following plan:

We may introduce additional subscription tiers or modify existing plans in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance.

3.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Where prices increase, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.

3.3 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it will begin on the date you sign up and end at the conclusion of the stated trial period. After the trial, your chosen subscription will commence and you will be billed accordingly, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

3.4 Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us through the Help Centre. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law (including UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content). If you experience a technical issue that materially prevents access to the Service, please contact us and we will assess your case individually.

4. User Accounts & Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4.1 Device Binding (One Account, One Device)

To protect against unauthorised account sharing, each Passpoint account is permanently linked to a single mobile device upon first login. This means:

By creating an account and logging in, you acknowledge and accept this one-account, one-device policy. It is your responsibility to ensure you log in for the first time on the device you intend to use permanently.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Breach of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Passpoint app — including but not limited to practice questions, videos, road sign graphics, Highway Code text, interface design, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Godse TechFx Solutions Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, and delete your information.

8. Content Accuracy & Educational Disclaimer

Passpoint is an educational tool designed to help you prepare for the UK driving theory test. While we strive to keep all content accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all practice questions, road signs, or Highway Code information reflects the most current official guidance at all times.

Important: Passpoint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), or any other government body. Passing practice tests within the app does not guarantee passing the official theory test. Always refer to the official DVSA publications and guidance as the authoritative source for test preparation.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godse TechFx Solutions Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including those provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in unlawful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our Help Centre for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app, by email, or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
